China Telecom Receives MEF Certification

HONG KONG – March 6, 2015 – China Telecom has become the first carrier in China to obtain MEF CE 2.0 certification. The certification confirms that CTG’s EVPL, EVP-LAN and EVP-TREE services and equipment are in line with international standards.

“By achieving the MEF CE 2.0 certification, it adds significant value to CTG’s Ethernet products, as well as provides a direction for our future product development and optimization,” said Pengcheng Fan, VP of product department at China Telecom Global China Telecom’s Business Ethernet services recorded a 200% annual growth.
