Because the Company is part of a world-wide group of affiliated companies that often combine resources, your consent to our collection and use of your personally identifiable information also includes your consent to the transfer, storage and processing of such information between our offices in the United States and our affiliates abroad as may be necessary in connection with our provision of international services.
Our Collection of Your Personally Identifiable Information and CPNI
Personally Identifiable Information. The primary way that we may collect information about you is by asking you to provide it to us, in connection with registering to use our website, requesting information from us or ordering services from us. In that context, we will collect your name, billing address, telephone number and email address. We may also collect debit or credit card information and/or banking details and other relevant payment information necessary for us to process your order or manage our provision of service to you. Also, if you contact us by phone, email or otherwise, we may retain a record of that communication. We will also maintain records of your visits to our websites, including but not limited to traffic data, location data and other communications data as well as the details of transactions you carry out through our websites and the fulfillment of your orders for our services.
Customer Proprietary Network Information (“CPNI”). In the course of providing to you services that you have ordered from us, we may also collect information that is referred to by the Federal Communications Commission (“FCC”) as “Customer Proprietary Network Information” or “CPNI.” This includes information about the type, quantity, configuration, destination, location and amount of use of the telecommunications services you purchase, how you purchase and use those services and related billing and end user information.

Cookies. “Cookies” are text files, which may be encrypted, containing small amounts of information that a server may download to your computer or mobile device when you visit a website, use an application, or access an advertisement or widget on a website. Personally identifiable information is not generated by the cookies, but by your input into website order forms, registration pages, payment pages, other online forms, and your use of the website. When you return to a website, your browser retrieves and sends the information in the cookie to the website’s server. Cookies facilitate efficient navigation on websites, identify and remember individual user personal preferences gleaned from use of a website, authenticate log-in information, and gather aggregated website user information. Some cookies, knowns as “Session Cookies,” store a session ID that is not personally identifiable, but only for a particular browsing session. Such cookies store information about pages you view and allow you to easily navigate from one page to another during the browsing session, but are deleted from your computer when the session is over. Other cookies, known as “Persistent or Tracking Cookies,” retain user preferences for future browsing sessions on a website by the same user. Such cookies assign a unique ID to the user’s browser and are not deleted when the browser is closed.
All of the cookies we may use on our website are deployed to help our websites function. The information used for interest-based advertising may be collected through cookies or tracking technologies. We and our third-party partners use this information to make the advertisements you see online more relevant to your interests, as well as to provide advertising-related services such as reporting, attribution, analytics and market research. Certain tracking technologies we use are related to advertising networks, and through those technologies we may share certain information such as IP addresses. Your Choices About Online Ads
How to Opt Out of Online Advertising in Internet Browser
We support the Self-Regulatory Principles for online behavioral advertising (“Principles”) published by the Digital Advertising Alliance (“DAA”). This means that we allow you to exercise choice regarding the collection of information about your online activities over time and across third-party websites for online interest-based advertising purposes. More information about these Principles can be found at www.aboutads.info. If you want to opt out of receiving online interest-based advertisements on your internet browser from advertisers and third parties that participate in the DAA program and perform advertising-related services for us and our partners, please following the instructions at: www.aboutads.info/choices, or https://www.networkadvertising.org/choices/.
When you elect to opt-out through these sites, they will place an opt-out cookie on your device indicating that you do not want to receive interest-based advertisements. Opt-out cookies only work on the internet browser and device they are downloaded onto. If you want to opt out of interest-based advertisements across all your browsers and devices, you will need to opt out on each browser on each device you actively use. If you delete cookies on your device generally, you will need to opt out again. And some of these opt-outs may not be effective unless your browser is set to accept cookies. If you delete cookies, change your browser settings, switch browsers or computers, or use another operating system, you will need to opt-out again. Disabling cookies may limit your ability to use the services.
By visiting www.privacyrights.info or www.optout.privacyrights.info/?c=1, you can opt out from sales of this type of personal information by businesses that participate in the DAA’s CCPA App-based Opt-Out Tool.

If you want to opt out of receiving online interest-based advertisements on mobile apps, please follow the instructions at https://www.aboutads.info/appchoices.
To make opt-out requests related to mobile apps on your device for businesses participating in the DAA’s CCPA App-based Opt-Out Tool, you can download the appropriate app at https://www.privacyrights.info/appchoices.

Effect of Opting Out
Our Retention of Your Personal Information
The length of time we keep your information for can vary depending upon the way in which we use the information. Unless there is a specific legal requirement to keep your information, we will not keep it for longer than we believe is reasonably necessary for the purposes for which the data was collected.

Our websites have security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of information under our control. However, the internet is an open system, and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat the security measures we have in place, or that they will not use your personally identifiable information for improper purposes.
Certain information may be transmitted to you by electronic mail. Although it may be illegal to intercept or disclose such messages, the transmissions are not secured.
