CHALLENGE: A large multimedia gaming company needed their content to be adaptable for differing devices and OS systems that connected to the platform system.
SOLUTION: China Telecom Americas’ CDN offered content recognition and configuration technology, which adapted all uploaded media and content based on the target customer’s device and network configurations.
RESULTS: Customers experienced less lag when requesting and receiving chosen media gaming content, boosting the overall favorability and impression of game play.
CHALLENGE: A video gaming company was taking its gaming event to Chinese hubs like Shanghai and needed circuits for broadcasting outside of the country.
SOLUTION: China Telecom provided 100M IEPL (International Ethernet Private Line) service from Shanghai to our Hong Kong data center, 1G IEPL from each Chinese location to our Tokyo data center, and 100M DIA (Dedicated Internet Access) for each Chinese location.
RESULTS: Flawless installations and circuit quality reduced time and cost of ownership while increasing network performance for a seamless player and viewer experience.
